Language Note: This policy may be provided in Turkish and English. In case of any inconsistency, mandatory rules applicable to the user’s country of residence remain reserved. For users resident in Türkiye, the Turkish version prevails; for all other users, the English version prevails.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the App.

Note: Chart calculations are performed dynamically. The App does not need to permanently store chart outputs/visuals; however, chart input data may be stored so the user can access the same inputs again later.

We process personal data for:
Account creation, login, and account management
Providing astrology features: storing inputs for re-access, dynamic calculations, and displaying content
Providing AI-assisted and/or static interpretations
Security and abuse prevention
Troubleshooting, performance and quality improvements
Displaying and measuring ads (if applicable)
Compliance with legal obligations
We rely on different legal bases depending on the context and applicable law, including:
Necessity for providing the core service (contract/performance of service)
Legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement)
Legal obligations
Where required by applicable law, consent for certain activities (primarily ad personalization)
Within the scope of the AI interpretation function, the planet positions and (if applicable) chart name calculated by the Application for the generation of the interpretation can be processed via AI services. AI services perform this processing solely for the purpose of providing the interpretation feature in the Application and as a technical service on behalf of the Provider.
Infrastructure/technical service providers may be used for the operation of the Application and the provision of services (e.g., server, database, log/error monitoring, email delivery, authentication). If login is used with Google/Facebook, only basic identifying information necessary for login may be obtained from the relevant provider. Within the scope of in-app advertising, advertising technologies may process the technical data necessary for the delivery and measurement of advertisements. Chart input data (date/time/place of birth) is not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations only in legally required cases and upon request. Personal data belonging to users will not be sold to third parties or shared for independent marketing purposes outside the function of the Application.
The App may display ads. Depending on region and legal requirements:
Consent/preferences may be managed via mechanisms such as Google UMP.
The App may provide a setting to manage personalized ads.
If personalized ads are disabled or consent is not obtained where required, ads may be requested as non-personalized where possible (e.g., nonPersonalizedAds in ad requests).
Account data: while your account is active and as needed for the purposes described
Chart input data: to allow re-access; you can delete charts in the App
Logs/security data: retained for reasonable periods for security and audit needs
We may retain certain data where required by law
Deletion: Removing the link between data and the relevant account or making it inaccessible to the user.
Destruction: Irreversibly deleting data so it cannot be restored.
Anonymization: Making data no longer identifiable to a specific or identifiable person.
You can request deletion by using in-app deletion/account closure options or by contacting us. Legal exceptions may apply.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, secure storage, logging, monitoring) to protect data.
If we suspect a personal data breach (e.g., unlawful access by third parties), we will assess the incident and may make notifications and/or inform users where required by applicable law and appropriate.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights such as requesting access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction/objection to processing, and other rights provided by law.
