How to Delete Your Account

To request the deletion of your account in Astrology Master, follow these steps:

1. Open the App: Launch Astrology Master on your device.
2. Go to the Account Page: In the app, click on Account from the top menu.
3. Request Account Deletion: At the bottom of the Account page, click the Delete Account button.
4. Confirm Deletion: You will see a confirmation message. Once you confirm, your account will be deleted and personal data associated with your account will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, subject to legal, technical, security, moderation, and community integrity requirements.

Please note: Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Deleting Specific Data (Without Account Deletion)

In Astrology Master, users can delete specific data, such as charts they have added, without deleting their entire account. To delete a chart:

1. Open the App: Launch Astrology Master on your device.
2. Click on Any Type of Chart: Navigate to the Person List page by selecting any chart type.
3. Swipe to Delete: On the Person List page, swipe the item you wish to delete.
4. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation popup will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete?" Click the "OK" button to confirm. The selected item will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

This feature allows you to manage and delete specific data without the need to delete your account entirely.

Data Retention and Deletion

Once your account deletion request is confirmed and completed, your account and personal data associated with your account will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain data may be retained for limited periods where required or permitted by applicable law, security, technical requirements, dispute resolution, prevention of misuse, or legal obligations.

Forum posts, comments, likes, community interactions, and AI chat history may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where necessary to preserve community integrity, moderation records, security, or legal obligations, some forum content may be anonymized, separated from the user account, or retained in a limited manner.

Deleted account data and deleted chart data may not be recoverable by the user.
